As an additional service to our customers, Solmec Realty has agreements with major banks in the country for you to do all the paperwork prior to the application for a mortgage through us.
General Characteristics:
MORTGAGES LOANS in Dominican pesos:
Housing
- Financing of up to 90% of the appraised value or sales price (whichever is less)
- Deadline for up to 30 years
For Residential Solar
- Financing up to 80% of the appraised value or sales price (whichever is less)
- Deadline for 15 years
MORTGAGE LOANS IN DOLLARS:
Residential Mortgage;
- For loans up to $ 500,000, financing up to 75% within 25 years
- For loans of between U.S. $ 500,001-US $ 1,500,000, up 70% financing with a term of up to 25 years
- For loans between $ 1,500,001-US $ 2,500,000, financing up to 65% within 20 years
For Construction:
- Works as a credit line during construction. After the loan is converted to shares
- For loans under $ 500,000, financing up to 75%
- For loans of between U.S. $ 500,001-US $ 1,500,000, financing up to 70%
- For loans between $ 1,500,001-US $ 2,500,000, financing up to 65%
To Land:
- Financing up to 50% of the land value, to a maximum of 15 years
- Maximum loan amount of U.S. $ 750,000
